The Auberge du Moulin stands on the edge of the Canal du Midi. It is in the heart of a pleasant park, located at the gates of Castelsarrasin that you can discover the cuisine of Dominique Vigneau. It is inspired by the culinary riches of each region where the chef left his mark: the Basque Country, Corsica, Paris, Burgundy .... between tradition and new cuisine.
Dominique and Sonia welcome you under the lime trees, for an exceptional moment, under the pleasant shaded terrace, in summer, or in their two spacious rooms. Honor is given to the seafood and flavors of the Southwest, which the chef strives to magnify with sunny presentations. As a couple, with family, friends or business meetings, the restaurant has two magnificent rooms that can host meals for parties, groups or seminars, for an unforgettable moment of indulgence.
Dominique Vigneau is a member of the Association of Restorers of Tarn-et-Garonne (82) and represents with his fellow partners, the quality of life and the pleasure of taste dear to the country of Cocagne.Their goal is to introduce the regional cuisine of Tarn-et-Garonne but also the wealth of French cuisine, both at home and abroad. The association has also published a guide in which each restaurant owner presents in a personal and inventive way, one of his favorite recipes, that you will have pleasure to concoct.
Opening : Monday: noon only (and evening from May to September). Tuesday: lunch only. Wednesday: Closed. Thursday: Midday and evening. Friday: midday and evening. Saturday: Evening only. Sunday: Lunch only (and Evening from May to September).
