Randoland, working in partnership with the Tourist office of Moissac-Terres de Confluences, has put together 22 circuits close to Moissac and Castelsarrasin.
Specific short circuits for which Randoland has published new info sheets are on offer for the following villages:
Saint Nicolas de la Grave, Caumont, Cordes-Tolosannes, Boudou, La Ville Dieu du Temple, Lizac, Montesquieu, Durfort Lacapelette, Castelmayran, Castelsarrasin and Saint Aignan.

For the brave there is the all new Bike Park, or you might prefer tennis or model making..
If the weather is not too good there is always the Vox Cinema which also proposes a “Cinema-Snack” during school holidays.
The Abbey of Belleperche organises activities for youngsters during the school holidays.
‘The Phantom of the Abbey’ - come and challenge the phantom Alceste. Solve the seven tests, as a family, spread throughout the Abbey and become experts!

Aerodrome, proposing initiations either in motorised aeroplanes or indeed in gliders? Prefer to stay on the ground? Then model making is on offer too.

The open air pool of 1,000m2 includes a paddling pool for the very young, has plenty of space for sunbathing, and is open all summer long.

CYCLING - FAMILY VERSION
For bicycle adventurers wishing to explore in safety, we have 3 itineraries to propose:
1 - Along the Canal Cycle Path (Vélo Voie Verte).
No motorised vehicles, but beware not to fall in the canal! A pretty, shaded route punctuated by lock keepers houses and ‘Pont Canal’…
Leave Moissac heading for Castelsarrasin and take a break at the all new Bike Park! Or head towards Agen and take the footbridge with cycle slope linking to the Bird Sanctuary with observation posts, or the Leisure Park (La Base de Loisir de Tarn et Garonne) with its games for children, picnic area and nautical activities. From here you can go a bit further to the village with its Lamothe Cadillac Museum.
2 - Through the Orchards.
50% is on the road with vehicles so it is only advisable for 8 years and older.
It is a loop of about 10km along the Tarn where you will find orchards of Kiwi fruit and Plums.
3 - The confluence of the Tarn and the Garonne rivers (12km).
Cross over the Pont Napoleon to the left bank of the Tarn and traverse the Saint Benoit quarter with its fruit trees along small tarmac roads. Take the gravel track beside the Tarn until it joins the Garonne with a splendid view over to the Saint Nicolas Leisure Park and the Island of Birds.
