Located in front of the forecourt of the Abbey Saint-Pierre, in Moissac, in an elegant and refined decor, the FLORENTIN restaurant invites you on a gastronomic journey to the heart of the South-West.
The chef, Thierry Boniface, distills his know-how with the seasons, with fresh, quality products from the market. Authentic cuisine, combining tradition and modernity. From duck foie gras to Chasselas de Moissac, taste our treasures of Tarn-et-Garonne. The most gourmet will be able to taste our homemade desserts (the “Moissac” ice-cream cup, the sabayons with seasonal fruits,…) and the sorbets and ice creams from Maître Glacier Philippe Faur.
